Can I change the destination country of my order?

After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

Will I receive any notification of dispatch for my order?

Yes, we will notify you via e-mail that your parcel has been dispatched.

Can I reject the package of an order I don’t want anymore?

If you do not want an item anymore, please contact customer support to return the item for refund. Not all items are eligible for full refund. Rejecting a package does not cancel the order. Rejecting a package may result in loss of the items or unexpected shipping cost. The customer will be responsible for the loss and extra shipping/handling fee if a package is rejected at the customer’s adderss without prior approval from FunnyWood.

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock items are shipped within 2-5 business days. Some customized items or handmade items may need extra production time. We list the processing time in the description part of every product.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. For more information, please refer to our Returns Policy page.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do ship internationally and offer free international standard shipping to our registered members in many countries! Contact us for shipping question if your location is not found in our shipping destinations.

I received a wrong/faulty product. What should I do now?

If you received a wrong product, please, contact us via e-mail by sending a picture of the whole product and a picture of its manufacturer’s label with a clearly visible product reference number.

After receiving the relevant pictures, we will do our best to assist you with the issue.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website .

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our customer service team. If your order has already shipped, you may need to return the items according to our Returns Policy.

What if I entered a wrong shipping address?

Once your order is shipped out, there is nothing much we can do to amend the shipping address. If you have entered an incorrect address, you will need to get in contact with the residence of the address you had originally provided to receive your package. If this address does not exist, insufficient, or undeliverable, it will be hold temporarily by the shipping carrier and eventually discarded if not claimed in time. While the tracking online might say the package returned to sender, it was in most cases being hold at some processing station of the shipping carrier (not in our hands). Those packages will be discarded by the carrier if not claimed in a timely manner.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please email Support@Funnywood.com with your order details immediately. We will do our best to help resolve it with the shipping carrier. There is no guarantee and may occur extra charge for the change of address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

I would like to place a larger order with you, is that possible?

For specific, larger orders or for articles that are currently out of stock, please, contact us via e-mail providing the article’s product reference number or a link to the product.
